Agentic Delivery Assurance
AI agents do the work.
We make them prove it.
BraveOn is the delivery assurance layer for agentic work. Independent verification, adversarial review, tamper-evident evidence, and hard release gates, so important work earns trust before your business accepts it.

The Problem
Capability is not trust.
AI agents are capable, confident, and sometimes wrong. In production, they report intended work as done, pass their own tests, and ship defects with conviction. The failure mode is unverified confidence.
Most of the market answers with observation: dashboards, policy catalogs, evaluation scores, control towers. Watching agent work is not the same as deciding whether to accept it. Someone still has to render the verdict, and enterprises cannot staff humans to re-check everything agents produce.
What Delivery Assurance Means
Every unit of important work earns a verdict.
Claims are re-executed, not read
Independent AI reviewers with different mandates test agent claims against live environments, real configurations, and actual commits. Reported work that never landed gets caught, every time.
Adversarial gates find what authors miss
In production, our gates have stopped a cloud identity misconfiguration with subscription-wide blast radius, security logic that failed open under attack, and an exploit recipe headed into customer documentation. All before release.
Tamper-evident, audit-ready records
Every verdict, every finding, every rework round is bound into a tamper-evident evidence chain. When leadership asks how you know, the answer is a record showing verified work, not a recollection.
Failed work does not ship
Work that cannot prove itself is reworked or quarantined, and when ungated changes reach a protected branch, the system halts and escalates to a human decision point with a rollback path. Trust is granted, never assumed.
Why BraveOn
Governance defines the rules. Delivery assurance enforces them.
Governance remains a core BraveOn capability, including policy, risk frameworks, compliance alignment, and human oversight design. Delivery assurance carries those controls into execution.
Policies define intent. Evaluations measure performance. BraveOn applies independent review to each consequential unit of agent work, produces an explicit trust decision, and prevents unapproved work from advancing.
The approach is model-agnostic and runtime-agnostic. BraveOn can govern heterogeneous agent fleets across frontier and open models, using independent and adversarial review to identify failures that a single model, vendor, or evaluation layer may miss.

Proof
The receipts exist. We share them in the room.
Our Evidence Pack documents a 13-day production window: hundreds of gated closures, the defects the gates caught, and the rework the record forced. It contains operational detail we discuss rather than publish, so it is shared in executive briefings.
